Product Role Timing Note
Greens Superfood Daily micronutrient and polyphenol coverage. Morning, with water or a smoothie. A convenience layer — not a substitute for vegetables.
Vitamin D3 2,000 IU Supports bone, immune, and hormonal health. With a fat-containing meal. Most relevant for indoor lifestyles and limited sun exposure.
Omega-3 EPA/DHA Supports inflammation balance and cardiovascular health. With meals. Most valuable when fatty fish is rare in the diet.
Magnesium Glycinate Supports sleep quality, muscle relaxation, and 300+ enzymatic processes. Evening, 30–60 minutes before bed. Glycinate form chosen for absorption and GI tolerance.
Moringa Pure Whole-food micronutrient density and cellular support. With any meal. Rounds out daily micronutrient coverage.

The 4 Non-Negotiable Rules

  • Movement: Move daily — walking counts. Train with resistance 2–4 days per week as capacity allows.
  • Protein: Anchor every main meal with a protein source.
  • Hydration: Start the day with water and stay consistent through it.
  • Sleep: Protect a consistent sleep window. No protocol outworks poor sleep.
