Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Orders are shipped from our US-based fulfillment center. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

International Shipping We ship to most international destinations via FedEx. International delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, not including customs clearance time. Delays due to customs inspection are outside our control — please factor this into your delivery expectations.

All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes assessed at the border. Nutri-Stasis does not collect or pre-pay these fees.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

Lost Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact@davenportclan.com. All lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
