Refund, Replacement & Return Policy Last updated: May 2026
Our Commitment We stand behind every product we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To file a claim, email us at contact@davenportclan.com with:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved:
- Replacement: A new order will ship within 3 business days at no cost to you
- Refund: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days
Lost in Transit If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. All lost-in-transit claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What We Cannot Refund The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Buyer's remorse. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
- Wrong address provided at checkout. If your package is returned due to an address error, reshipment is available at your cost once a corrected address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed packages. Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility are eligible for reshipment at your cost.
- Customs rejection. If a package is refused or returned by customs, we cannot issue a refund. International customers are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations and for paying any required duties or fees.
- Orders already in production. Once an order moves to "Accepted" status in our fulfillment system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Uncollected FedEx international deliveries. If a FedEx international shipment is not delivered due to recipient unavailability, refusal to pay import duties, or other recipient-side reasons, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. Refunds are not available in this scenario.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first — processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@davenportclan.com.
